Baby essentials - where is the best place to buy them?

I'm just making up my 'essentials' list in preparation for when bub arrives in a couple of weeks. Where did you find was the best and cheapest place to buy all those essential supplied like sudocrem, nipple shields, dummies, breast pads, maternity pads, nipple cream etc etc...? It's looking like Chemist Warehouse but I thought other mummies might have some secrets up their sleeves??? Thanks ladies!
