there was an awesome book at a baby shop I went to when I was preg with #2, I don't remember the name but give some a call around your area and see how you go.
Tell her she can help you with her/him, and start getting her prepared now, teaching her/him how to help changing nappies, using one of his/her dolls/teddies. Show her/him where the milk will come from, if breast feeding get a book and help explain it, if formula, maybe show her/him how you would make some by using something else, like malt powder. Get her/him to help pick out clothes for bub, and get them ready and get her/him to help setting up the room - or make her/him think she/he's helping if you already know what you want ;-).

Little thing to make her/him feel included and special as well, and not shoved aside. Involve her/him in discussions about names (kids come up with some pretty original and cool names), and what you think baby will look like, get her/him to draw pictures of what bub might look like, choose bedding, help organise baby things.

Get her/him to help you design a special area for her/him to play in while you're feeding bub. :-)
Just some suggestions.
