9 year old ADHD and hydrocephalus child wets himself

Help
My son is 9 with ADHD and hydrocephalus (fluid on the brain 3 operations before he was 3)
He is still setting his pants when he plays his iPad or watches TV. We were fine till about 1 month ago - my partner has recently moved in but he was fine with it he calls him dad. This has been happening before he moved in. Tonight it was twice in a row - I'm fed up
I also have a Austic 10 year old as well.
I take his iPad off him if he wets himself but he will still watch TV and do it again without noticing - I'm tired and fed up

Where do you live? There is a specialist in Wollongong who specializes in toileting issues. Dr Perrott. Amazing! If not I'd recommend going to a pediatrician. Sometimes you do things with the best intentions but it sets them back. I always recommend getting professional advice regarding wetting pants. Good luck mumma!

What about a pants alarm? I use them with kids with disabilities often. They attach to the pants and ring an alarm when even a droplet drips onto undies prompting the child to go to the toilet. Forgetting to go when engrossed in a favourite activity is quite common in kids.
