How to go back to work?
How do you IM go back to work? My husband works long hours so he can't do pick up or drop off. How does everyone else do it without help? One will be in daycare so hours are fine but what about school aged kids? Do you do after school care and before school care? Don't have any help so it's on me to do it all plus get to work on time it's stressing me out but I may have a job to go to soon. Should I wait and not work until both in school? I don't need to work yet. Just want to start back and I seriously can't see how it will work.

Yeah before or after school care or cheap local nanny or just having a flexible boss. Some will let you leave early if you work your ass off from 9-3 if you know what I mean?
Yep before and after school care depending on the hours. Depending on the job sometimes you can negotiate early start, early finish which makes it easier. I found part time work much easier.
