Implantation Bleeding or Depo Needle Effect? LADIES HELP!

Ladies help me please!
I've got my first depo shot on the 6th of April. After I had a "stress bleed" the doctor called it. I've since then been having unprotected sex with my "casual" partner. I missed a period and did a test and was negative. Phew. Then this months period went past and I missed that to. Now I'm experiencing a light pink spotting when I go to the toilet and wipe, along with a slight cramp here and there. I've also got a major loss in appetite. I've been on antibiotics for 5 days somewhere along the line. But I made sure not to have sex then just incase. I'm just wondering, is it possible for me to be pregnant, doctor google and experience is telling me this is implantation bleeding. But I'm not sure. I've experienced inplantation bleeding with my son and my angel.
Am I worrying for nothing? Is this just something that the depo needle does ?
Should I take a test now. I don't think I could handle waiting.

Keep testing, could just be the depo shot. I have bleeds like that all the time. Use secondary protection, condoms with your casual partner to protect against STD

Missing periods and breakthrough bleeding are common on depo, but keep testing and if you're concerned, contact the GP.

Tested again this morning and was negative. I have to has a period at all on the depo. And was a little scared when I went to the toilet to find a little blood. But it didn't last long. Thankfully.
