pregnancy exhaustion extreme

I'm just wondering if any one has advice for sever exhaustion in first trimester of pregnancy usually I'm so organised but it's been a good 10 weeks since I've had the energy to even get off the lounge. Luckily I'm in between jobs until June 22 nd I take my son to school do a load of washingn that usually now goes through the dryer and I fall on the couch I attempt to go for a walk or do other jobs and it take me forever just no motivation. On multi vitamins I feel awful flat as a tac. I'm not applying any pressure to myself but just wondering is there anything I can do to lift myself or when did it pass with my new full time job around the corner how am I going to cope.

Discuss with your GP. Multivitamins can be really hit and miss. They often don't contain what you actually need.

Once I got over the first trimester I felt heaps better. I was feeling so flat and tired all the time then at the 12/13week mark, bam I got my energy again. Now im in the 3rd trimester I'm feeling flat again. Drink lots of water and eat well and that might help a bit.

It could be worth making sure everything is in check. But fatigue is normal in early pregnancy. I've been the same. Hardly anything gets done can't really sleep though because I've got one at home. She has been watching way too much tv lately. Try going for a little walk in the morning. I find I'm better on the days I have something on in the morning. 12 weeks now and still tired but it's not quite as bad.
