I had a BMI of 42 and classed as obese, 14 months later and I have lost 42kgs and and am 8kgs away from my Ideal weight. I have lost this weight so fast by simply eating healthier, smaller portion and being active now once I get to my ideal weight which is 60kgs for my height, now once I'm there how to I manage and stay at that weight? I don't want to be any smaller than 60kgs but also don't want to put it back on so how do I stay at my ideal weight. Do I back off exercise, up calorie intake a tad...??

I would keep the exercise up because as you age it starts to get more difficult to start again and we start loosing muscle mass etc.
The last few kilos can take the longest to loose (so annoying!). I'd probably up the calorie intake just a smidge. It might help you to work out your Basal Metabolic Rate? so you can find out how much you should eat to maintain your weight.
