Hi IM's!
My son is 4 months old and barely sleeps during the day, he might have 3 naps at 15 minutes each and usually takes a good 45 minutes to get him to sleep in my arms so i feel like im doing something wrong.
he's been sleeping through the night since 2 months old which i LOVE, but i've been reading babies that age should go to bed about 7:30...my son doesn't usually get to sleep till 10-12 at night and gets up between 6-7, then comes into bed with me till about 9 unless i have something to do.
I'm about to move house and would like to start a good routine but not sure how to start.

Honestly there are no rules. Do what works for you. Xxx
Maybe get a ergo or manducca baby carrier that way you can walk around do stuff n the kiddo will sleep in the carrier.
After a long 9 months of the same thing with my now 15mo daughter, I bit the bullet and let her do some controlled crying. Believe me it was the absolute last thing I ever wanted to do and I fought myself for months on it but at the end I was out of options. I was exhausted and constantly in tears and my husband was at a loss as to how to help. After two days of implementing Tizzie Hall's 'Save our sleep' we had a daughter that went from sleeping for less than 8hrs in a 24hr period to a bubba that slept twice per day (between 1-2hrs) and from 6.30pm to 5am. The beauty of it was that the longest period I ever listened to her cry for was less than 10min (which feels like 10hrs at the time!). She needed it as well and the change in her demeanour was noticeable in a few days. She was so much more settled even when she was awake.
If it's something you'd consider then I would definitely recommend reading that book :)
