Where can I go? Or what can I do? At my wits end.. My kids just WONT listen. Its making life very difficult. One swears, one screams... hand me a block of chocolate

You don't say how old they are, so it's hard to tell what would be age appropriate. I'll assume they are under the age of ten :)
Firstly the swearing: kids that hear swearing are more likely to swear. So start an entire family swear jar. Everyone puts in 50cents when they swear (so your son will have to use pocket money). It's a great motivator to stop swearing the swear money goes to a charity. The idea being that the entire family stops swearing!
The not listening: don't ask the kids to do something if you are not 100% sure you will be able to and are going to follow through. When you tell them what to do make sure you have eye contact first. Then give an instruction, don't ask (don't day 'could you do...' Say 'go do...'). Count to three in your head if they haven't gone and done it by then go repeat the instruction with 'I said go....' In a firmer clearer voice then physically take them by the hand and watch them do the task.
You don't have to do that forever just as long as it takes for them to get the idea that tuning you out doesn't work anymore!
