Hi IMs. Hubby and I have been together 7 years and never had a holiday together. We have 3 kids who will be 7, 3 and 2 when we go. We would love a place that we can both spend time with the kids but also that has care for them so hubby and I can have some us time also to relax. I have found a lot of places are from 3 up for child care. We have also considered paying for a nanny to come with us. Has anyone got suggestions of places, accommodation or cruises which may be suitable? Thanks!

I think I remember the resort we stayed in in Fiji having nannies that you could hire for the younger ones. They were lovely ladies but I remember on our trips to Fiji and Vanuatu, our kids were a bit worried by the unfamiliar faces at first! One of our daughters was worse than the other with strangers, and it posed a real problem. Comes down to your childrens' personalities I guess! Drove us nuts, but that's how she is. But it was a great service the hotel provided.
Fiji for sure, kids club for the older ones and nannies for $3 per hr for the litte one and night time. Best holiday. If u love beaches go to an island as mainland resorts are mainly about the pools as beaches are average. Check out Mana island or Octopus resort
