Hi all. I am looking for some advice. I have been trying to conceive since August with no luck. I suffer from PCOS but I have been given the all clear to try to conceive. My periods are very irregular so I don't really have a way of tracking ovulation or which days to conceive. I have tried on the days that I am "ovulating" with no luck. Wanting to know if anyone has any advice. Thanks

I have pcos, I was unprotected for 2 years in honeymoon period, (meaning at least twice a day)
We decided to go on a health kick, cut all process sugar an only eat fruit veg meat ect.. Started going to the gym, did not realise that a lot of women fall pregnant with pcos by doing this, within a month I was unexpectantly pregnant.. Since I have heard of at least 10 women with pcos falling pregnant this way.. Give it a try.. xx
Go see a gynecologists for a prescription for clomid! I have PCOS and didn't have a period for 2 years. My gp told me that I wouldn't be able to conceive naturally and was very unhelpful, I was advised by a friend to see up her gyno and she was so helpful! Gave me so much hope and yes I fell pregnant with the help of clomid! Best of luck!!
Put a pillow under your bum and lay there for half an hour after doing the deed. I suffer from PCOS and that helped me concieve, I did it for 2 months and was pregnant (much to my shock) also have regular orgasms, that seems to help my periods be regular... I don't have sex to have orgasms I use toys only on the clit... Sounds weird but it worked for me and I also just literally said the month before I give up I will never be a mum and came to terms with it ... good luck.
My sister has severe PCOS, never had a period. She never thought she could have kids. She went on metformin and within a month she was pregnant. My other sister has PCOS aswell, was on the pill for 2 years, came off the pill and found out she was pregnant 2 months later. There is hope. I'd find a gp or specialist that knows a lot about PCOS. Good luck, it's very possible.
