I have misplaced my daughters baby book with all her birth/needle details. Where can I get another one and as well as getting all the needle/weight/measurement details/dates. I think I left it at the hospital months ago when I had to take my daughter to emergency and was by myself as my partner is FIFO, it was 1am and I was flustered and rushing around.

Check with the ER, they usually have a lost and found department. Hope you find it.
