rashes all over his body hes 1 on the 12th of this month

Hi.. lately my son has been getting rashes all over his body hes 1 on the 12th of this month

On monday we went and had an ultrasound to find out the sex of thwe baby im pregnant with. And its a girl we asked our gp to have a look at him and the rashs while in the appointment and he did. He said it was just a rash but past 2 days its gotten worse its really starting to worry and and drive me insane because since he started to get the rash hes been screaming non stop we have tried all different types of cream to help him even used nappy rash cream and baby power and it usually works for nappy rash but nothing it working :'( I can get him to the hospital as the closest one is 2 hrs away and I cant drive and the ambulance station around it is absolutely horrible
