12 week challenge Brisbane West

I'm wanting to do my first 12 week challenge and I have 8 kilos to loose to reach my ideal weight after having my second and last baby.
I'm not wanting to pay high gym fees for something I can't religiously get to and a normal PT would be great except for the kids.
Is there anywhere that I can do a 12 week program that is kid friendly or would it be doable to get a group if women in Brisbane (preferably west side) where we could pool some money together and hire a PT and someone to mind the children? Would anyone be interested in this idea and if so, is there a PT/child minder interested in this?

Have you considered training at home? Reason I ask is, i just started working out at home doing some HIIT stuff and it is absolutely amazing! Best workouts ever and it is mum friendly. The lady that developed it is a mum of a toddler and she developed this app in order to help mums get back into fitness without having to go to a gym that they can't commit to, they don't have to buy and fitness equipment, nor do you need much space at all! I do it every day and the workouts are only short but they are SO AFFECTIVE!!!
if its the motivation you lack and you need someone to train with, maybe get some of your girlfriends over who also have mums and work out at your house or the local park all together with your children!
The app is called PT in my Pocket! Its the best app iv ever used!! I know its no 12 week challenge but check it out!!

Try Michelle Bridges 12 week body Transformation - $200 for 18 weeks (6 weeks preseason), all menus (and shopping lists) supplied, workouts all customed to you, and yes they have a post baby program! and you can work out at home with the training videos provided. Deals with mindset as well, which of course is the biggest struggle on the weight loss journey! I have lost over 12kg and 30+ cms in 16 weeks - it works! Good luck though!
