started kids at new school last yr for extra help but this year not getting it shld i move them bck to old school

Ill try keep it short. I need advice. My kids went to a large 1100 students primary school with specialist subjects of garden from grd 3, envirov till grd 2, computer lab, art, pe, drama plus programs for struggling students if its yr year lvl turn to a school like a country school 200 students prep,1&2 togerher 3&4 and 5&6 with just art and sport but smaller class size and 3 aides in a room. I moved them because my son has learning disabilities and he wld get the help. I moved them last term after they did a trail for 3 days and both decided they wld like to move. It was great my son was getting the help he had 40 kids in class and 3 aides. We comw bck to this year he has 51 kids and NO aides and limited one to one to say the least im annoyed why did i move him? So im thinking of moving them bck. My daughter has wanted to go bck since mid term 4 but i felt she needed to try tjis term but now after the deal with my sons grade. So i spoke to his tutor she said move him bck because if his not getting any extra help he at least will get the specialist subjects us smaller class sizec27 kids.......he is saying he wants to go bck but last term wanted to stay at new school when i ask what the difference is he says to many kids in grd but when i asked last term why he wanted to leave old school i got he wasnt getting enough help ( even tjough his teacher at old school was amazing) and too many kids in school......what do i do put them bck or not???

Kids don't really get a say in these decisions. They don't have the emotional/mental maturity to make the decision. As the adult you have to make the choice.

I wouldn't give my kids a choice in the matter. I would send them to the school that best catered for their needs. A lot of times if you can prove to the school your some needs extra help they can apply for
Funding for his own EA, perhaps this is an option to help him keep up with his schooling
