hey mummas has anyone bought a kit home before?
we are looking at one for 82,000... and have an extra 30,000 on budget for trades ect.
it apparently should take about 3 weeks to build. and the main trade work with be a builder with a few days from a plumber and a few days from a sparky...
just wanting to hear from anyone who's built a kit home.
or kit cottage/ shed home..
