Hello my lovely imperfect mummas. I am after some advice please. This year I am commencing study, I run my own buisiness, I also work casually. I also am starting a community project for helping kids grow their own food.I also have a 6 year old in full time school and a 4 year old starting kindy. What I am after are tips to manage life! I do the work of 4 ppl on my own. I have a hubby who also works 50 plus hour weeks. How do I be super mum lol. I know it's only a myth being everything to everybody but I would like to give it a go haha. Thanks a lot xx

You don't super mum is a myth. Those that do it have way more help than you realise! Family that picks up the kids etc, house cleaners, gardeners etc. don't burn yourself out. Be very careful because it's impossible to run yourself ragged for very long and it leads to breakdown, been there done that and it's hard to come back from. Be realistic about what you can achieve and when and if you can really afford it emotionally, physically etc. Life is not a race
Absolutely agree it is a myth...unforunately. If you are taking on more work or projects you need to offload other less "important" projects to someone else. If you are looking for more help to control things in the home hire someone (depending on your income). Even if you just get someone in once a fortnight for 50-75 dollars to clean the baths and ovens etc. Theres a few extra hours you have to put towards someone else. Or get your kids and husband to help you more at home. Get the kids involved in after school activities provided by the school so you have a few extra hours before having to pick them up. Cook up a storm on a sunday afternoon so you aren't cooking every night during the week. I give in and just order something off menu log twice a week because I personally don't like meals after they've been frozen and it saves me time It ends up adding $70-$100 a week though but wouldn't be able to get by without it because I'm so busy with work then taking kids to activities. Organise your time in a diary so your not running around like a chook with its head cut off. Even organise time for cleaning, spending time with kids etc.
