Hi, I'm just wondering when other mums left their babies over night for the first time? Were they bf? How was this managed while you were away?

I left my baby when she was only maybe 2-3 months old. The first time was just overnight when she was a little bit bigger maybe 7 months I left for a week as my work required me to travel.
Depends on if they are feeding thru the night at all. I won't leave mine until they are consistently sleeping thru so I know they won't wake for a feed and be upset when I'm not there to give it to them.
I left my 2nd baby overnight at about 10mths, she was at home with her dad and I went to a hens night and got home around 3am, made sure I didn't drink too much so I could feed her for her 6am wake up.
I just recently left my 3rd baby she was about 16mths old and had just stopped breastfeeding. I went away for 1 night (left at lunch sat and back home lunch sun) with my girlfriends. Again bub was at home with her dad.
Both times the kids were great, they didn't seem to miss me even tho I'm a full time SAHM but their dad is very hands on and is very capable. I always make sure dinner is sorted tho, something easy that he can reheat.
My older kids 5yrs 3yrs have had a few sleep overs at my in-laws but I haven't yet tried it for my youngest. I think my older ones were 2/3 before they had a sleep over.
I haven't left my son (5 months yet) but returned to work full time. 8 hours each day. I express during this time, and at this stage he is successfully co feeding. I do however have an overnight we next month! We will see how that goes! Good luck!
