Has anyone else had a credit reporting agency put incorrect info in your credit file.
Currently having issues with trying to have an incorrect claim put on my file. I only just found out 2 years after a incorrect claim was put on my account and I'm trying to have the issue rectified. Has anyone else had this issue, did it take long to clear up and removed? I was told it can take up to 30 days but I don't think it should take this long as it is an issue from their end not mine. Will this permanently effect my credit history?
