Night weaning

Hi I have a 9 month old daughter and she has slept through from 5 weeks old in till she hit about 5 months, I thought maybe teeth but she hasn't been teething 4 months straight and I also thought hungry but even now on lots of solids she still wakes for a feed atleast 1-3 times a night and she does have s decent feed each time she's BF to, is she actually hungry or does she have separation anxiety? Is there anything else other then listening to her scream and waking everybody up to start her sleeping through again, I don't really mind feeding her during night but I'm really tired and have 2 more kids to get ready for school each morning and so on any suggestions would be great
