IM Q- please help I had a baby girl 6 weeks ago and she was over 10 pound, I had her naturally but ended up with 3rd degree tears... I stop bleeding after about 4 weeks than partner and I decided to try and have fun but couldn't continue and it is still very raw down there now I'm bleeding heavy again has this happened to anyone else?? Or should I go see the doctor??

Doctor for sure and as quickly as possible. Also don't do anything between now and seeing the doctor just incase. It could be that you haven't healed yet or that it's still tender and you are getting your period but you should go find out ASAP.

6 weeks following a 3rd degree tear is still very soon to be attempting sex. The bleeding you're experiencing now might be due to trauma from that attempt. Did the physio or doctor in hospital discuss how long it would take to heal your injury? I would definitely book in to see your GP or obstetrician and ask for specific advice regarding such an extensive tear. It may be a number of months before you're well healed and even then might have to take bedroom activities very slowly and gently for awhile.
