Can't fight it

Thought I could fight it on my own but am over feeling like this all the time. Wish I had someone to talk to but have no friends and don't want my sisters to judge me. Would talk to my mum but she already has one really messed up daughter she doesn't need to know she has 2 and then make a decision that affects her life. Was so trying to do it without going back on anti depressant tablets but just don't think I can. Over just wanting to drink all the time to try and numb myself and forget the world.

Awe honey, there is no shame in needing medication. I know the depression roller coaster can be hard going but honestly the sooner your stop fighting and start accepting that it's ok and not a failure to get help the faster you will deal better x

There is certainly no shame in needing help. Please speak to your doctor & they can evaluate the best course of action. My grandma once said to me... A diabetic needs insulin everyday to get by, you need one tablet... don't think of It any differently. I would also recommend speaking to a psychologist... especially If you feel you have no one else to speak to! xo

I have depression and anxiety the best thing I did was to see a private psychiatrist who was apart of a hospital that ran a cognitive behaviour therapy program, a combination of the cbt and some antidepressants have done me the world of good. That was in Brisbane at Belmont private hospital and my health insurance covered me as a day patient. Please seek help it's not a sign of being weak it's a sign that you want to make things better :-)
