Would like some advice about which one to do..
My partner and I are not together anymore his decision not my one..
So anyway need some advise about which one to take out child support or a private arrangement.
I already know that a lawyer has to do the private one up. But also what happens if he dosent stick to it..
He also has 2 other kids to another lady and 2 to me..

A lawyer does not have to be involved in a private arrangement.
However I'd definitely go through the CSA as they can garnish wages, tax returns etc if your ex doesn't pay up. Also every year they will reassess the payments based on earnings etc.
Save yourself trouble down the track and go via CSA. If there are issues later they cannot enforce if you have a private arrangement.
I would go threw child support cause then that way if he decide miss a payment child support can collect it usually comes straight out there pay
Id go with CSA. Saves the headache if things get nasty.
Oh dear, this isn't even an option. You must go through CSA!!! You should never have to chase money from a man to support his own children and it creates friction between you when their doesn't need to bE. Eliminate a problem area and go through the proper channels or your kids will miss out. Everyone in the beginning had the best intentions but even the best of dads fall behind and make mistakes and your children and their quality of life will suffer. CSA have been great for me as I never bring up money eith my ex and his wife. Don't be a fool and think this will end well, it rarely does.

GO THROUGH CSA I can't advise this enough! I haven't been paid a cent since early Feb and I doubt I'll ever see it. I had to have it private arrangement because I was sick of him abusing me over having to pay $17 a week. *MASSIVE EYE ROLL* Hopefully your ex is a more decent man, but having the arrangement through CSA, means he HAS to pay it.
