I was just wanting to know if anyone knows of some sort of product out there that can help with my toddlers sleeping in the car. Even in the recline position, (we have the S&S AHR's) both my kids (3 & 4.5) when they fall asleep in the car, their heads fall all the way forward, as in head below shoulders, chin to chest!! Not tilted to the side against the sides of their car seats. It looks extremely bad for them and extremely uncomfortable. I'm worried they could do some serious damage to their necks. But... Is there anything I can do about it...? Is there some sort of product out there..?? They would almost need a head strap!! Or is that just kids and what they do and they'll be fine...?

Go see an accredited car seat installer - they might know some tricks to improve it. Unfortunately with some car and seat combos even full recline won't stop head flop. It isn't damaging, though not ideal. There aren't any products on the market which are safe to prevent the problem.
Can you recline the seat of the car? (not the child's safety seat). I had exactly the same problem but when I had to use my mums car for a few days it wasn't happening and realised her seats are more reclined than mine I just popped mine back a fraction and it made a world of difference and her head doesn't slip forward anymore.
