My partner and I have been trying to conceive for nearly 3 years now. I went through IVF last year and it was a terrible experience both mentally and physically. I ended up so bloated after that I looked and felt 9 months pregnant. I was very depressed when found out it wasn't successful. It took over a month for my body to recover but It took me a good 6 months to get over it but I am now too scared to try it again.
My question is what other avenues have people tried and were they successful. I have been looking into fertility acupuncture?
I have PCOS and my partner has low as well as slow sperm count.

Have you tried clomid?
I have PCOS and tried the lowest dose of clomid for 6 months, I fell pregnant on the 6th try. But my doc said that if I didn't fall pregnant after 6 months they would increase me to the higher dose. Best wishes :)
