Just found out I'm pregnant with baby#2, from my calculations I'm roughly 4 weeks but don't know til I have a scan. My hpt test came up with two lines straight away and was very dark, is 4 weeks too early for a test to come up positive? My period is one day late and I have all the symptoms and I just have a gut feeling too. Ive been experiencing mild cramping on and off (no bleeding or cause for concern) but I don't remember having cramping this early with my first? Is it normal? Also is it safe to use a heat wheat bag to help the cramping? Thank you in advance

I think it would be fine to use a heat pack, I tested positive 3 days before missed period so less than 4 weeks. Congrats!
Second pregnancy is always worse all the cramps you kind of remember come earlier I am pregnant with baby no 4 and omg it hurts you can use a heat pack and you can take Panadol with codeine to help with the pain good luck and congrats :-)
