Child bride maybe?

I think i just sold a pair of shoes to a soon to be child bride and I dont know what to do about it.
She looked around 10-12. She needed nice shiny shoes with a heal. I over heard dad say "you need to look perfect for him" "he likes silver shoes". the little girl was very chatty and told me she doesn't go to school now as she's "all grown up" that "I'm meeting some one special just for me" my stomach dropped and I felt utterly sick. Dad tapped her when she was getting into her traditional clothing she will have to wear. Maybe I'm wrong, and it was totally innocent. Maybe it was just for a traditional cultural event with nothing sinister. But it all felt so off.
I've never seen this parent before, we have no cameras in our store, and the centre ones are useless. I have no real information for the police. What could they do with such little information anyway? I tried to get this man to sign up to be loyalty customer, but he didn't want to. What would you do.
