She is in counciling with headspace as she has attempted suicide once and was cutting due to bullying in year seven but has recently moved school and formed new friendships I hope all this has made sense I just need help on ways to control behaviour before it rips family apart

I leave post it notes on my daughter’s pillow, particularly when she is going through bad emotional patches. The notes always praise one of her traits that I admire and tell her how proud I am of her and that I love her. It’s just a small thing but it always seems to help ground her and now she has a wall of positive affirmations. Maybe something worth trying
