Gall bladder and flatulence

I need help.
Since having my gall bladder out 6 months ago, I have had flatulence. Im farting at least 7 times an hour. My IBS has also gotten 5 times worse.
I eat healthy. My partner is getting annoyed. Im embarrassed even though I play it off like im not bothered. Has any one else have this issue and what did u do to fix it
