Working as a Disability support worker.

Hello. Could anyone share info about working as a Disability support worker. I've worked in aged care and done cleaning for the ageing. However I'd like to try supporting ppl in the community who have a disability. What does your day look like? What type of hours do you do? Have you completed certification in the sector. Thank you.
