How to deal with 4 year old boys behaviour.

How to deal with 4 year old boys behaviour.

My son is nearly 4 and is having the worst behaviour. I am at my wits end. When I talk to him he just ignores me and doesn't say anything so I walk away and then the screaming happens. Last night he stayed at a friends place and he took his pants off and was running around trying to hit the other kids with his penis. I guess my question is how do I deal with him when he won't talk or listen. Is this normal behaviour for a 4 year old? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Wow, no that's not ok to do that and that would be the last time he had a sleep over until his behaviour improves.
It sounds like there is a lot of you talking, him tuning you out and not any consequences for not listening or for behaving the way he does.
I think you need some parenting support, I don't think there is something 'wrong' with your son but you should always rule out with a GP/paediatrician.
There are parenting courses in most areas and also child psychologists are excellent at teaching effective parenting techniques that are tailored to your needs and your child's needs. They can also offer more support to help you follow through on the plan.
