I'm struggling mentally. I live semi rural. We have a total of 3 psychiatrist in our location. No open books. My psychiatrist passed away in 2021. Iv been with out since then. I have clearance from Medicare for my GP to script my meds, but they said by Feb next yr, that my gp can no longer do so. Surrounding towns won't take patience outside their region. Iv looked for 2yrs and no success.
I don't know what to do.

There are online directories to help you find board-certified psychiatrists who offer telehealth, like ranzcp.org

This. public hospital's also have psychiatrist's and if you're only semi rural, there will be one your GP can refer you to for annual reviews if no telehealth or local reviews are available
