I am 43 years old and have an hourglass figure, although right now its more of a circle. I have just found another thing that I never ever knew was wrong with me that I have only just learnt about and realise I have - HIP DIPS. Why are we finding things to be wrong about our bodies? I have hips, always had hips from size 8 to 18. So I'm not sure why the very slight, so called dip is now a problem. We have to be easier on ourselves and nobody is going to notice or care.

Oh ye gods. Just another thing to make us feel terrible about ourselves & head out to spend money on products, surgery or gym programs to fix it.

So its where your thigh bones meet your hips, its just a flat bit in the round part of the hip. It's not noticeable unless you're naked and looking for it, I didn't even know I had them until I heard about them and looked.
