Are you eating too much again?
Before going under the knife again, seek a dietitian, and a personal trainer. Weight loss is 70% physical activity.
Weight loss is NOT 70% physical activity. Lol. It's majorly what goes in someone's mouth.
Please see a dietician and an eating disorder psychologist.
The surgery is considered successful if you *only* regain 50% of your lost weight after 5 years.
Bariatric surgery is great for morbidly obese people and those with medical issues, BUT it doesn't address the psychological aspect of food at all.
Anyone who gets that big obviously has a psychological issue with food. And I find the surgery process does absolutely nothing to deal with this or educate people how to eat normally.
So as soon as people can eat again, they do. There's zero point only eating tiny portions, if you eat tiny portions 60 times a day.
I know probably 50 people who have had the surgery in the past 6 years - including my BFF.
About 10 have been so sick since the surgery that they're emaciated and basically disabled. Every single other one of them has managed to eat their way through the surgery and regain weight.
My BFF would still order extra large size portions of pasta; they could only eat a little at a time, but that plate sat in front of them for hours until it was gone. So that's still 800 - 1000 calories they've taken in in one meal.
An entire large pizza - again, a little at a time, but still a large pizza.
They could NOT throw it away, or eat 2 pieces & freeze the rest - their brain couldn't let them do it. See food = eat food. If I took it away to pack up, they'd cry.
Within 12ish months, they were eating the same size meals as me (size 14, so not a small eater). Plus snacks. They (and all the others who had it) still packed and ate more food for work than me.
No surgery in the world is going to be long term successful unless the underlying issues are addressed.
50 ppl wow...lol
Large, sedentary workplace š
I have worked in corporate offices my whole life, what a load of bs.
I love the way that you working in an office makes you an expert on my life and experiences, and you're arrogant enough that you think you can just call bs on statements a random stranger on the internet makes because it's different to your experiences

In that whole entire comment, the one thing you want to do is argue about the number I gave (and FYI for your benefit I went through & ticked off names, it's exactly 47 people).
I'd bet $$ you're the workplace bully. Stop trolling and find something constructive to answer the OP's question, or fck off.
Hey gutter mouth, just an FYI, I thought the rest was BS too, especially the crying about taking food away bit.
Would love to know where you work...
