Mental health or incapacity Intervention orders. Hi how do I find out, how if I have an intervention order on me.? Or incapacity order?
I have tried everything and I am being denied treatment and sent home from hospital with urine infections and my Dr won’t even treat me. I have tried to access this information but nothing is coming Up. TA

Hi there, it sounds like something is going on, but no matter what orders are on you they have a duty of care and won’t send you home without treatment if you need it. And won’t tell you incorrect information to trick/deceive you. If they say it’s a urine infection; that is actually what they’ve diagnosed in their professional opinion. There’s no time where they’ll lie about that.
If you believe you haven’t received the treatment you need, or that it isn’t an infection, then you can ask for Ryan’s rule if in Qld, or search for your states equivalent. Adults can call for Ryan’s rule as well, not just children.
they sent me home with the infection and didn’t treat me. I have lodged so many complaints about my treatment.
I actually haven’t been treated for anything at all, since may. Read Gold Coast hospital google review. I’ve written it all there and to every complaint department. They have removed all of my bad results, so I am not treated for anything at all.
I presumed an order or something was on. I have been fighting to get something done.
from experience with my mum, if you are under an order, you will know about it.
i think if you have to search for an order, you can safely say, you don't have one.
in terms of the uti, for your own peace of mind, you could buy a test from coles, they sell them now.
just bare in my mind, if you are fighting another infection, it can affect the results.
If it's a UTI, then you need antibiotics, and hospitals won't do that. They will tell you to go see your GP, which you should have done in the first place.
Mental health orders won't stop you from being treated medically. All doctors will diagnose physical illnesses and treat them accordingly, no matter what.
What's your issue here? Do you think you have a different illness that Drs aren't diagnosing?
Or do you think it's a UTI bad enough for you to be admitted to hospital?
If you've seen multiple Drs and they say thd same thing, maybe it's time you listen to them.
Without knowing why you might think this stuff is already in place. Have you been in a post where potentially thought you might have illness that were not there? could you have a history with the joao you are attending and perhaps your past is preventing them from seeing your new real issue?
With out having a full picture it's hard to know. That said go to a different dr who you have never deal with, be calm and tell them what is going on. Then if you are really sick they can and will help you. Good luck
