Hey all,
I'm not super technical savvy so I'm essentially checking to see if anyone knows more about this subject.
A couple of months ago I found my husbands twitter where he was commenting on ladies videos very suggestive things and just generally interacting with them. Maybe not a big deal to many but a huge deal to me as we have dealt with cheating on his side throughout our relationship and I've been quite firm about some boundaries.
When I asked him about it, he said that his twitter was hacked and it wasn't him saying those things. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and he deleted twitter from his phone.
This morning he left his phone at home when he went to work and when he realised came racing home and snatched it up.
I hadn't looked at his phone but I find his reaction weird.
It made me recheck his twitter and there are no new comments or interactions, so essentially I'm wondering if his twitter would still be visible if its been deleted and if it's possible for twitter to be hacked?
But like then it doesn't make sense that there are no new comments since I found it?

I’m not overly tech savvy myself, but if he didn’t deactivate the account before deleting it then it will still be visible. It’s also possible for any online account to be hacked. He’s most likely created a new account to hide his interactions from you. His reaction after leaving his phone at home is definitely suss.
Cheater's a cheater. No amount of boundaries will make someone grow morals.
For his cockandbull story... if a hacker had his account the same would have continued after he took the app off his phone.
Twitter and his account exist on the internet, not in the app. The app is only an access tool.
So you're focused on the Twitter.. what else could he be doing on his phone 🤔 I'm sorry but I learned the hard way, once a cheater, always a cheater and I doubt it would just be one thing...
Thankfully mine is now my ex! but he used to tell me it was all in my head and the usual gaslighting crap while he slept with everything that moved. I actually found out later on that some of his female work colleagues were laughing at me and calling me stupid for not knowing.
I would go into detective mode, as I'm sure he is hiding some other crap. Do not let him know you are suss again as he will just get sneakier!!! So you need to go into stealth mode. My current partner I've known for approx 8 years and I've never even had to doubt. So its not all men! Some men are just aholes.
