Also can they be a sign of endometriosis?
I don't have endo but have 34 on one and 35 on the other.
I also have a prolapse.
No one seems particularly concerned about the cysts.
I'm having a few tests at the moment.
Just an ultrasound, they let you insert it up if you want.
No far up, just a little way like when you're pregnant.
Nothing hurt.
Oh gosh. Thank you they did say this. I just feel sick sick over it all. Are cysts common?
I don't know but I think it's only if you have a big one, they do something.
Probably pop it key hole or something.
I’ve had them. I recently had a roughly 5cm one. It did cause some discomfort but they gave it time to resolve itself before making a decision wether or not to remove it. It completely cleared on its own with no need for any intervention. If it didn’t resolve on its own it would have been a minor key hole surgery to remove it.
