I need help. Ive only just realised that my anxiety has gotten out if hand. I struggle to leave my house, actually my bedroom, and when plans are made to go out i keep having either anxiety attacks or mystery severe body pains that make it so that i wont leave the house. This is affecting my whole life. My kids are missing school, my husband is missing worl and i dont know what to do. Can anyone please help i feel like ive fallen down the rabbit hole and just keep falling

Ring begin blue and they can put you in to the right people. You need to get to your Drs. Medication will also be a good start.
Remember that there is nothing wrong with you and all these things that you are thinking, is way less crippling than the anxiety itself.
Think of all the things that you kept thinking would happen that actually didn’t happen.
Try and go for a walk around the block. Force yourself to do it. If you can’t you just get to your Dr asap and get professional help.
The mystery pains are anxiety, presenting physically. It's a very real thing.
Please get to a Dr ASAP & get a mental health plan & medication in place.
Breathing techniques are so important. If you over breathe, it sets off a whole range of symptoms which is scary and you go around in circles. Good some anxiety breathing exercises. Focus on one thing at a time. Start with breathing then try to go for a 5 min walk and build up longer each day. Visit your gp and get some medication.
