What in the world do women do for hair loss? I am pretty sure it's an getting older thing but it kind of freaks me out. It also does not help that I am trying to lose weight and eat healthier so am a little worried I may lose more if I do not get the balance right 😬
Does anyone use any natural remedies? Or eat more of something e.g. I did read something about Walnuts and preventing grey hair many moons ago.
Any suggestions appreciated, my hair is alot thinner than it used to be

Go have your thyroid checked. Your hormones may be all over the place, and this can affect your hair growth and thyroid issues will make your hair fall out
Have you been checked for Diabetes and Thyroid? Request full bloods and a 2 hour glucose tolerance test. My daughter and sister both type 1 diabetes, suffered hair loss and thin hair.
I spoke to my doctor about the same thing in January.
Minoxidil 5%.
Don't put off the tests to see if there's a root cause, but this is the treatment for it.
Liquid collagen (Biocell) from Modere (online). Also for nails, joints, wrinkles etc. liquid gold!
