I had a child to a guy (one night accident) who wasn’t who he told me he was anyway I new his name but had no address for him just new he was ment to live with his father he is on the child b/c but never bothered to have any contact in 9 years is there a way to get a passport for a holiday or do I need to apply to courts or so on

You should call Births, Deaths and Marriages for advice.
You can fill put a form with the passport application that says you don't have contact, you provide all the last known details you have for them etc, passport office might try contact them and they then approve or deny. If they deny you then go through the court
