What minipill are you on?
I'm 42 and have the same issue, also on the mini pill.
My GP gave me this acne cream (acnatac) - something like that and it helped a lot. It is expensive like $60 but it has lasted a year now. I wash my face at night then put that cream on my chin. After about a week, not a single pimple!
I stopped using it for a few months and sure enough the acne is back. Gotta get back to it.

The pill depletes zinc. Low zinc has a relationship with pimples and acne. You could try supplementing with zinc picolinate.
