Yes and no. It'd been 15yrs since my last baby and I've had milk come back twice since then.
I was sent for a mammogram and tests to make sure it was nothing serious like a tumour in my breasts or brain, but since nothing was found they weren't too concerned.
It can come on from nipple play/stimulation, hormone changes or even being around a newborn apparently.
Prob best to get it checked though so you can rule out anything nasty.

I had colostrum long before I ever fell pregnant. Have hormones checked. I had PCOS
