Hi I hope you can offer me some advice here. Often I feel my face is puffy and my legs go puffy especially my left calf becomes swollen.
Some days I look in the mirror and my face looks puffy. I feel boated and then i notice that if I don’t eat much or heavy foods, it’s dissapeares.
I have had ultrasounds on my legs, heart tests, allergy tests, lung scan and chest scans. I have no blood clots, everything is my tests have come back negative.
I have had ultra sounds, endoscopy, colonoscopy. I feel like eating certain foods, creates fluid. I can also feel my nerves as though the fluid presses on them when it increases.
I am trying to pin point what is creating this. I found recently after a massage my leg did go down and it hasn’t swelled up since but I have also cut back to very small meals and my face hasn’t appeared swollen since.
Is it possible for food types to cause this? I am at the end of all possible testing now and trying to pin point what food could be causing this. I did read something about increase lymph fluid, with some food. Can anyone shed some light on anything that may resonate with them please.
My blood pressure is good. Tips and advice would be great. Anyone else find they get similar with food.? No allergies showed up.
Does anyone on here know what I am talking about. Would love to go back to my Dr with something or cut things out that may cause this.
Conclusion is Drs and specialists tell me it’s nothing and tests have ruled everything out but to me, it doesn’t happen for no reason.

Yes ! Food can 100% cause it. Can be grains, gluten, dairy. Start with an elimination/detox. Food diary etc . Fat loss protocol is a great one. Totally recommend.
Oh thank you so much for this. You have made my day. I feel so relieved to read this 🙏🏼 I will Google what this means. I appreciate this info.
