Cut your calories...eat salads with no dressing. Drink water and drinks with no sugar.

You can have vinegaretts , olive oil, or lemon juice dressings. Just not ones laden with sugars

Eat as cleanly as possible. Prep meals for lunches to avoid tuckshop days.
Get up for a quick stretch often. This helps to get past the 3pm slump too.
Increase incidental movement, park further away etc.
Exercise before or after work.
Make sure you're getting enough sleep.

Occasionally fast and go into a calorie deficit. Eat high fat so you're full for longer. Lay off the sugars and carbs I lost 34 kilos in 18months doing this. I don't even exercise. 90kg to 57kg. I'm 5ft6 and 50yrs old and in total menopause so it should be easier for you, assuming youre a lot younger. You'll continue to get bigger if you don't.

My husband is a nutritionist and Chef . He put us both on the keto diet. He lost 70kg in 18months too. He's 36yrs old. It works for all ages .

Calories. Plan your food. Pay up for healthy yummy snacks so you can easily say no to the cake and lollies and junk. Walk 5ks each night or A few times a week. 3 hours of heart pumping exercise a week.

as a woman who ticked over 40 a few years ago, it's hot so much harder.
I have found high protein, low carb diet, with the twist of no dairy, helps - loosely paleo in concept but not strict as occasionally i want a slice of GF peanut butter toast lol. it works and totally kills the 3pm sweet itch - BUT it's hard work and not social. Also doing mindless activities, taking stairs, walking the dog, etc, it's hard
