Can anyone please suggest some comfortable swim wear, I have gained weight and won’t go in the pool with my children. I am looking for something flattering to keep me held in and comfortable with no Bra. I will wear board shorts also with it. Need recommendations for DD and size 14 -16 ish I like 3/4 sleeve vest ideas or anything that is flattering and keeps me held in up top and everywhere comfortably, so I don’t avoid swimming on vacations.

Swimwear Galore is good - they carry stacks of different brands, separates (tops and bottoms that aren't a set) shorts and rashies for all sizes. I'm much bigger than you (F cup at my smallest, and currently a size 20 and HH cup) and they cater for nearly everyone
I personally prefer a bikini top (currently wearing curvy cate) in my bra size and a rashy.
I do have a nice tankini if I want to wear something a bit prettier, but it’s torture to get in it.
I find places like storm in a D cup, zodee, Brava lingerie all good.

Comfortable, holds you in, flattering and lovely colours and fabric.
I second swimwear galore they are a bit pricier but they feel so good to wear and so flattering to any size and shape
