Hi lovely community,
I’m here with a feel good question today and I’d love your ideas.
My husband is an absolute superstar in all parts of family life, he works hard, sometimes at crazy odd hours, he pulls his weight on housework and with the kids, he advocates for my self care, he’s great in the bedroom, supports me in my demanding career, even taking a back seat on his so I could go full with when our youngest was a tiny baby, but best of all, he makes effort to constantly nurture our relationship, whether by words of endearment, acts of service, or small but thoughtful gifts/surprises, for no reason. And I feel like this is an area I need improvement in- particularly the gifts!
So I would love to know, what do you do, in small ways, to make your hubby feel loved and valued? I mean the easy, simple, inexpensive and non time consuming gestures that you could pull out semi frequently to demonstrate how awesome you think they are- please give me ideas!
Thanks ladies!

back to basics, sounds like you need to give him some of your time and attention.
Hi! Thanks, obviously I do spend time with him, I don’t think he would be so amazing if he was feeling neglected, perhaps I should have clarified that I meant “extra” things. For eg, today I came home to a treasure hunt of post it note clues leading to a small gift- something I’d mentioned I need. I’m looking for ideas to do things like that, but in male form and different from what he does for me. Thanks though!
How lovely!
Cook his favourite meals, surprise him with his favourite desert, alcohol. Write little notes yourself. Book him in for a Massage. It’s hard with men, never really much that they want. New tshirt, jeans, shoes anything he needs. I usually but my husband a nice pair of jocks, tshirt , new jeans. Just randomly one offs.i Get him nice nut gift basket coz he loves them. I just go with what I know he loves. Even if it’s just his fav chocolate. I buy a few and pop them in his work bag with a note and he finds them at work. Write small note on his lunch. Simple but meaningful. By the way, your husband sounds beautiful. Cherish it❤️ This was nice to read ❤️
Thank you so much, this was exactly the sort of answer I was looking for! He’s pretty amazing 💛
I can only think of/say one thing for now as im on a migraine day🤢 But.. i always ask hubby if he wants a tea/coffee or drink if im making one or up doing stuff in kitchen.. n put a lil cookie on the side. Always be thoughtful, but it already sounds as tho u & hubby are.. Well done! #RelationshipGoals❤
