Hide veggies in your rissoles too - I forgo bread crumbs and just use an egg maybe 2 for a large batch of them. To give you an idea my rissoles are literally 1/2 veg. Broccoli, brussell sprouts, carrot and whatever is in the fridge. They hold together really well. Jump over to Stay at Home Mum FB page they have great stuff in the way of recipes! Ohh one more thing - when my little one went through this I bought a juicer and she was a huge fan of "green juice" :-) after a while my daughter helped make it so she knew what was in it. They love helping prepare good :-) Good luck...

My daughter is so so fussy and night is the worst! When she goes to nannas she gets junk food then I spend a week recondintioning her (she is 20 months)
I have to say iv started tough love, and it was had to start cos with out dinner she wakes frequently , I don't put anything in front of her I know she doesn't like but what I put in front of her is all she gets, no back ups. I do make her milk a full bottle and not 3/4 water and a 1/4 milk like I do when she eats
I found feeding her her big meal at lunch now works for us, dinner is often cruskets with cream cheese and thick avocado , or a thick green smoothie, sometimes she won't eat anything , yogurt ice blocks (homemade)
It was hard to start but it's paying off! She eats most if not all her lunches and I'm gradually introduces treats again....
Oh yeah I cut out snack for the first week of being strict! Breakfast lunch dinner that was it! It was hard but again paid off
She now has air popped popcorn for snacks a smootie in the morning with either toast or yogurt ...a large vegie juice throughout the day , cooked heavy foods for lunch (pasta, rices, blended vegies into sauce, currie) afternoon tea is apple or a box of sultanas or maybe homemade fruit iceblocks(we live up north) and dinner mother or a small snack
I'd like to add that a month ago the only thing she would eat was her smootie, milk, and biscuits!!
She is still a sparrow water but we've made so much progress fast cos I was strict it was hard but the sleepless nights are much less now! And she so much happier in the day
She might be too tired at dinner to eat much. Why not move her dinner earlier and see if that works, or if she eats well at other times maybe make that her main meal and give her lighter options at dinner, including some milk.

Thanks for the advise might have to try new things again and see if that works I don't think she is tired cause she won't go to sleep for hours after but if she doesn't eat her dinner she goes to straight to bed with a bottle and that's it if she stays awake she can in her cot.. I decided last night I would not give her a bottle at 5 am this morning and she cried for awhile and fell back asleep so let's see if she will eat her breakfast this morning she is picky with every meal she has but dinner is the worst
