ADHD tips/support help.

Hi. I'm asking for advice regarding my daughter who has ADHD and if anyone else's kids around this age have had difficulties that I'm having or worries that im having. So she has a paediatrician atm and I am in the process of getting anther appointment for a new paediatrician who is female as havnt been happy with the paed we currently have. If anyone understands ADHD, it is very difficult to even get moving in the morning, and to do everyday tasks. My daughter struggles every day. She is only on intuniv, no other meds yet. She is not wanting to go to school at least 50% of yhe time, I've spoken at length with the school, they're mostly supportive. My question is how do parents go when their daughter with ADHD hits puberty. She has started to develop now at 11.5, I noticed budding breasts etc about 3 mths ago at 11 yrs,3 mths old. Does that suggest she'll get her Period 1 year after the beginning of developing. (That is mostly what I've read but asking for real stories). Because of her ADHD she hates showering, and going from one activity to another is so difficult for her. She is still an intelligent girl,it's just with ADHD you have trouble organising, trouble with emotional dis regulation, trouble with sleep and routines. The whole P thing is freaking me out. What is the best way to have my daughter be prepared for the period thing. Waking up, getting to school is already a struggle. Showering is a struggle. Any tips would be great regarding puperty and/or tips on ADHD issues. Thank you.
