Women with ADHD / medication

I'm curious to hear from other adult women with ADHD, what medication you take, and in what quantity, in particular, dexamphetamine.
I stopped meds in my early 20's, only to be diagnosed with PND 10 weeks after the birth of my first child. I've been on antidepressants ever since, the dose needing to be increased periodically.
Now, however, I am working with my doctor to start ADHD medication again, with a plan to reduce and eventually stop antidepressants all together. TIA.

I use dex on weekends if I need it, but I prefer long acting vyvanse for work days.

I take Dexamphetamines 3 times a day. 10mg at 830am 10mg at 12pm and 5mg at 3pm. It has completely changed my life for the better. I can concentrate better, I'm less anxious and moody. Sleeping is not that great but I feel well enough to deal with no sleep. Loss of appetite but I've lost 20kg (needed to lose weight anyway).
