This so probably a stupid question but I feel like I have pinched nerves in my neck, which makes me head and face hurt with nerve pain too. I did attend ER one night, who told me that I have Radiculopathy and sent me home. I also feel I it in my lower back. I just feel like one big pinched nerve.
Is this possible to pinch so many nerves. My mattress and posture is terrible. My back hurts when I wake up. Has any one else experienced multiple pinched nerves. How do you release them.? Especially in my neck. It’s making me feel sick. how many pinched nerves can one person have?
Does any specific stretching help.? I know I need a new mattress and should stay off of my phone to avoid my neck getting worse. Would a chiropractor help? Who is the best person to see, to release these.? I would love to get a nerve block done in my neck but I have also heard of some serious side affects and also doesn’t last long. Can I request a nerve block for this without going on waiting Lists to see specialists?
Thanks in advance for any info on this topic.

See a good osteopath. If your Gold Coast area, go to Chirn park health group
Thanks for this
Physio. I went when I had that feeling in my back/leg/butt during pregnancy and they helped so much, sorted it.
You may find great relief from a Spinal Flow Practitioner. They have the ability to help your body heal from the blockages in your spine for long term healing There aren’t any harsh manipulation techniques. It is very gentle and kind and helps the whole body rather than just the initial problem.
Your first step should be your GP. They can organise the necessary scans (x-ray, CT and/or MRI) to see what's going on. When you have those results, they should know the best place to refer you for treatment (whether physio, chiro or other specialist).
